Another opportunity for the Community of Llansadwrn to share good food and company at The LLANSADWRN BIG LUNCH Saturday 13th July from 12.00 midday Llansadwrn Community Field
Everyone Welcome
All you need to do is come along on the day and bring food to share. If you are able to help in any way, it would be much appreciated.
Please let us know if you are able to help with:
- Decorating the Marquee;
- Setting up/ moving tables and chairs;
- Decorating a table;
- Car parking;
- Organising or helping with events on the day;
- Contributing to lunchtime entertainment;
- Clearing away.
PROGRAMME:
12.00 Bring food to share (and flowers for the table if you can).
12.30 Lunch & musical entertainment – including Llandeilo Town Band, Tywi Harmony and local singers & performers.
3.00pm Sports & activities for children
4.00pm Treasure Hunt
5.30pm Tug of War
6-8pm BBQ – opportunity to buy some light dinner
8pm SINEMA SADWRN presents ‘The Jungle Book’ PG in the Marquee. Admission FREE. Plus STREET FOOD to purchase & EVENING RAFFLE (to be drawn after the film).
