an informal service for all ages but especially geared towards children, with 20 minutes of board games, Jenga etc in the Vestry, followed by 20 minutes in the choir stalls where the Vicar engages with lively (and sometimes very challenging) debate with Shem the sheep on whatever is the theme of the day (for example, who was St David? what is a good Samaritan?). Then for the last 20 minutes we return to the Vestry to make some item (Blue Peter style) that relates to the theme and which the children can take back home with them. Occasionally we have fun singing while drink and biscuits are always on hand to round of the hour.
